Shollym mini league (slower gameplay)

New Shollym patch 2015 has arrived, and Dernek and I decided to play one mini league before someone else join to this forum/get the invitation. U know that Shollym always release couple version of gameplay's in his patch, and we choose to play with slower gameplay It's little bit more challenging, and arcade moment where u can take ultra fast player, run up whole defence and score a goal, is decreased.

For this league each of us will take 3 teams. One team will be from higher class (by strength), but first class is forbidden (man utd, man city, barca, real, chelsea, psg, bayern munich), and other two teams would be from lower classes.

Dernek choose: Montpellier, Kuban Krasnodar and Fiorentina
Dekatron choose: Salzburg, Steaua and Arsenal


Competition system: 
First stage is group stage where our teams meets two times (home/away), second stage is knockout where first 4 teams from group stage will play semi-finals rounds. Every semi-final pair will play two times with away goal rule. Third and final stage would be Final, off course. In final there will be only one game with extra time and penalty in case of draw result.

1st round

Kuban Krasnodar (Dernek) - Steaua (Dekatron) 2:0 (2:0)

Danilo was heroe of this match. One great, ultra precisely assist for first goal, and than 3 minutes later he score for final result. Steaua played unconvincingly, only in last 15 minutes Stanciu show something, and had two good chances. He come as substitute, and this was my mistake. In following matches im sure that he will play in strarting lineup:) Congratulation Dernek for this victory.

1st round 
Arsenal(Dekatron) - Montpellier(Dernek) 3 : 2 (1:0)

   
  
 Well, this was really exciting game. Two times Arsenal lead the game, by Alexis and Giroud, but Montpellier equals. One time there was the assist from Bakar to Barios goal, the next time it was Dekatrons girlfriend Isidora that gave some help due to Sanson delivery (she had destructed Dekatron by saying to him something).
 
  At the end we must say that Alexis Sanchez not just  that he was MVP of the game but he proved it by scoring victory goal 20 minutes before end.
  Montpellier showed great skill in the field, but Arsenal counter attacks were perfect. Montpellier just weren't that lucky.
 
  Just to add, Montpellier funs were heard well, even louder than home funs, we're looking forward to hear them at their stadium.

Salzburg (Dekatron) - Fiorentina (Dernek) 1:1 (1:0)

Montpellier (Dernek) vs Steaua (Dekatron) 0:0

Although according to result u may think match was boring and dull, true is that both teams had few perfect chances for scoring. It's not easy to play PES6 with these kind of lower class teams, it is pretty difficult to score, but that make all this very challenging and player must show all of his skills to play good game and achieve good result/score goals.

  

Fiorentina (Dernek) - Arsenal (Dekatron) 2:2

Another draw. Just opposite from previous match, in this match 4 goals was scored but in my opinion it wasn't good game. Both teams showed pretty bad footbal, and from strongest teams in this league u excpect much better. Goals was scored after big defence's mistakes, and this must be alert for these teams.

2nd round

Kuban Krasnodar (Dernek) - Salzburg (Dekatron)  0 : 1 (0:1)

  
   
After a nice starting game and winning against Steaua, it was a quite disappointing for Kuban to loose. I guess they (me, Dernek) underestimate the opponent. Salzburg have fast and good on ball players, and Dekatron is patient with them. Soriano was the best in this game and he scored for first Salzburg victory.
  
   Maybe Kuban plays better against stronger teams, looking forward for their visit in London next round .

4th round

Montpellier  - Arsenal   1 : 2
 
  Despite the good game, maybe better play than Arsenal, Montpellier looses second time in a row from them. Montpellier just didn't had enough luck or knowledge how to score. Two bad days, then non scoring against "weeker teams" (two goal-less games) so they surely don't deserve to get to finals. The last ticket is their game against Salzburg at end round.

Sanchez again in good mood, Podolski scored for Arsenal victory.

6th round

Salzburg  - Montpellier    1   :   0

"To be or not to be" game between those two. Montpellier even had advantage to go to semifinals with draw, cause they swept Steaua in last game. Decatron would be left only with Arsenal in final stages. Maybe his greater motive decided this game. Nevertheless he proved that he plays really well with Salzburg. 
J.Soriano  get in the game 15 minutes before end. He took the ball at right wing, Teine and Marvaux bounced off him and he was alone in 16. After his first attempt was blocked , the ball falls wright on his foot and he scores the victory and semifinal for Salzburg with a beautiful volley.

It seems that Dernek's theory about Kuban play better against stronger opponennts isn't far from the truth:) They showed great and brave game against favourite team in the group. Again, Danilo showed how great striker he is. Hand on the heart, Arsenal had couple of great chances to even the score, but unfortunatelly shots were imprecises by little. Ozil had perfect chance in dying moments of match - shot inside 16 meters, but ball flew over the crossbar by couple of centimeters. Anyway you will be able to see all that chances and goals in highlight when edit team finished their job. Dernek, Kuban GG

4th round

Steaua (Dekatron) - Kuban Krasnodar (Dernek) 1:1 (1:0)

  

This was best Steaua game, no doubt. It is really pitty that I didn't manage to win this altough i dominated most of the time during match. Perfect form (red arrow) for almost whole offensive players line contributed that for sure, but i missed the chance to achieve first Steaua victory against best team in the league so far. So many super goalscoring chances, so many good shots, but Kuban's goalkeeper was saving like superman  And then, as usually happens in soccer - when u don't use your chances, punishment follows. Melgarejo manage to sent quite difficult pass in Steaua's penalty area, and than perfectly followed the action till the end, when he recieved return pass and scored between two defensive Steaua's players. I must congrats Dernek for that goal, it wasn't easy, it was very good combination... I doubt that Steaua will get bigger oportunity to win match than it was in this game.

Fiorentina (Dernek) - Salzburg (Dekatron) 3:1 (2:0)

  

Congratulation Fiorentina (Dernek) for quite convincing victory, but still I think result is higher then game showed. Fiorentina scored goals with a lot of luck, and Salzburg again had very good chances, and one goalpost, but that follow them trough whole league. All in all, Salzburg didn't play that bad how result show, but Fiorentina proved the role of favourite. All that misses - in this game and previous, Salzburg reimbursed when it was the most needed

6th round

Last round of group phase belong almost totally to Dernek, but Salzburg's incredibly important victory over the Montepellier managed to gave some satisfaction to Dekatron also  . 
Fiore showed their superiority over the Steaua, but i must be proud of my boys   because they managed to come back into the match after 4:0, and in second half presented very solid game, and scored two goals. 
Kuban showed why it is on first place of group phase, this club plays best soccer on tournament so far. Danilo simply exploded. I wouldn't be suprised if some famous club buy him in next transfer window. On the other side, Arsenal won first place in number of conceded goals (even more than weakest team in group - Steaua)  I dont know what happening with their defence?!

Semifinals 1st round

Fiorentina  -  Arsenal          2   :  3  


  Is this a Clash of giant or what? It started with Arsenal own goal due to excellent Gomez positioning after cross from right side. But Welbeck (red arrow) equalize and after that Alexis got Arsenal into lead before end of first half. There was obvious hole at the right side of Fiore defense. 
  In second half much better play for Fiore result in magnificent high-trough pass from Borja for Rossi to header score. But again, the great Alexis got trough same hole in Fiore defense and assist for second Welbeck and victory goal for Arsenal.
  Second half proved that the Clash is not over yet. Second half is actually at Emirates. Fiore really didn't had luck to score at least once for equalizer as the home side certainly deserved.
  Welbeck was the MVP of the game, but without Alexis Sanchez Arsenal is not the same team.

Ok, first half finish 1 : 3. Three goals through hole in Fiore defense! Fiore win the second half
1: 0 as reword for good game. Let's hope tonight game goes in that direction.

Nice review, but some facts aren't correct☺ It was Alexis who equalized the score. After that Wellbeck score two goals and with that result first half finished.

Of course my dear friend, of course . This is what happened in second semi final match which played...

Danilo is probablly choose to give a someone else oportunitty to score  Main star of this match was Ibrahima Balde with two very effective goals, after two very strong and precissely shots. Of course, Danilo had to leave a mark in this match also with great assist. All in all match was very tough, strong duels in midlefield, without too many goalscoring chances. But i must admit that Kuban was better opponent in this match, and this is a fair result. Salzburg can be satisfied with this result, because of important away goal. We would see if this goal gonna decide something. SS and Highlights soon, stay tuned...
